Optional for Early Arrivals

1000 am to 400 pm Optional: Golf at the Riverside; four (4) tee times have been reserved.
430 pm to 900pm Informal Meet and Greet at The Rambler patio on the site of the Riverside Golf Course.

Transportation on your own. We will meet in Sheraton lobby at 400pm for ride

sharing/carpooling.

Noon to 500 pm Registration, networking, and memorabilia at Sheraton Harlequin Lobby & Ballroom.
500 pm to 900 pm Alumni Mixer with hot & cold hors d’oeuvres, action station and food bars, dessert, coffee,

and cash bar at Anchor Plaza.
Zabawa Festival from 500pm to 1100pm!

700 am to 800 am Continental breakfast and networking in the Sheraton - Harlequin Ballroom.
800 am to Noon Registration Harlequin Ballroom Lobby
800 am to 900 am ACAA Foundation Meeting – Sheraton TBD.
930 am to 1130 am Alumni Association Meeting: Agenda and Election of Officers & Board - Harlequin Ballroom.
1130 am to 100 pm Lunch on own or Zabawa Festival.
100 pm to 300 pm Optional: ACAA – Guest speakers, Q & A session – Harlequin Ballroom.

500 pm to 600 pm Cocktail hour, cash bar and Oplatek Exchange. West Ballroom, Bayfront Convention Center.
600 pm to 615 pm President’s welcome, Benediction, National Anthems of the United States and Poland.
615 pm to 730 pm Plated dinner; sirloin steak plus choice of chicken (two varieties) and fish (grouper or salmon),

salad, potato, seasonal vegetable, desert.

730 pm to 1100 pm After dinner program; Alumni Board and alumni recognition then dancing, socializing. DJ

entertainment.
Note: Golf cart will be available for mobility challenged Alumni.
